This hotel is located at the end of Simonton Street, which is in perfect location for it is only one block away from Duval St where all the restaurants and nightlife is located for your stay. Features include two courtyard pools, poolside bar, 24-hour Concierge, and beach access with chairs, umbrellas and towels & attendance service! These suites have full kitchens as well as two bedrooms, which makes it ideal to share a room with another family member or friend to cut the cost.
All suites are 2 bedroom 2 bath suites that can sleep up to 5 people in each suite and they allow Children.
Suites is are either a flat style or a bi level style
Important Note
2nd floor rooms do not have elevator access – “FLATS POOL VIEW” ARE 1ST FLOOR – (anyone with difficulty with stairs should requests a 1st floor flat)
Villas
These are 2nd floor Luxury Bi-level units with no view. Have the kitchen and living room and half bath on the main level of the unit and then both bedrooms and two baths are located upstairs.
Flats – Pool View
Luxury suites one level suites with 2 bedrooms 2 baths with open kitchen concept look right out to the pool these are all first floor.
Resort Fees
$35 resort fee is per suite – not per person – and includes wine happy hour with snacks each day – fresh baked muffins and ice cream bars delivered to your suite – complementary beach chair, umbrella and towel at South Beach 1 block away- unlimited fruit smoothies and bottled water – and fresh fruit served poolside.
